Partnering with the community to provide nutritious food to children who might not eat well – or at all – on the weekends.
WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP?
Many children in schools today do not have consistent access to nutritious food (or any food at all) on the weekends.
We are always looking for volunteers! From bag fillers to delivery drivers, we truly appreciate the help!
This program is entirely dependent on donations and volunteers. Join us in keeping the children of our community well nourished and fed. All donations are appreciated.
CHILDREN FED PER WEEK
Children that lack access to nutritious meals
The Friday Food Bag program (now the Friday Food Bag Foundation) started in 2007 as a Holland & Hart Foundation project celebrating the firm’s 60th anniversary.
The Friday Food Bag Foundation works with educators and social workers from both LCSD #1 and LCSD #2 to deliver bags of nutritious, non-perishable food each Friday while school is in session to children who otherwise might not eat well, or at all, during the weekends.

Our Partners & Donors
We’d like to offer a special thanks to our donors and volunteers. Without them, we couldn’t provide nutritious meals to so many of the children in Cheyenne. From all of us at the Friday Food Bag Foundation, thank you for your support!
